What is a Celebration ?
A celebration is a special enjoyable event that people organise because something pleasant has happened. The celebration of some thing is praise and appreciation which is given to it.
What is Yoga?
Yoga is a philosophy which first developed in India in which physical exercise and meditation are believed to help people to become calmer and united in spirit with God.
International Yoga Day Celebration:
Yoga in India is considered to be an around 5000 – year old mental, Physics and spiritual Practice. The Practice has turned into a rage across the world and on 11th December 2014 the United Nations General assembly decided to observe one common day in the year as International Yoga Day. The continuous efforts by the Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the United Nations General Assembly declared 21st of January as International Yoga day. The Whole world celebrates 21 st January as International Yoga Day in different way.

This year we Celebrated the International Yoga Day in a grand manner, to insist the importance of yoga.
Srinithi of IX Standard blissfully commenced the programme, reporting the significance of Yoga, how it blesses the person who seeks its blessing.It was really a blessing to have such an informative speech.
Then our student master Bhavan ( VIII std ) presented some valuable slogans that instructed the value of Yoga,
that presented him a valuable appreciation.
The Significant part of the celebration was the various Asanas performed by our students of Various class. It was really an acrobatic performance, which made the spectators awe-struck.
Finally Our teachers who had undergone Yoga practice were appreciated and warded for practicing Yoga
